Every man and woman has a prosperous vision and had dreamt of the same time and again, but only very few had cohesion in their dream and vision. some have inherited and identified their self-capabilities & enduring potentialities with their actual confidence level, which facilitated the entrepreneurial possibilities. However, many are not successful in the entrepreneurial endeavour because of lack of inheritance and / or identification of self-capabilities & hidden potentialities without actual confidence level and failed to find appropriate opportunity / information / awareness to attain an enterprising stature, despite having educational, social and economic status in their lives.

 

Since independence, developing country like India has not created appropriate employment avenues and enough employable opportunities for its surplus population crossing a billion hitherto. To the contrary, it has created millions of under employed, unemployed and unemployable educated due to remiss of its policies and governmental issues over years.

 

Today most of the career opportunities rely upon the private sectors. But there has been a sustainable and verve amongst today's youths to become entrepreneurs and self-employed due to stiff competition in gaining appropriate employment. One can have a bird's eye view on India's Economic Conditions, Government Policies, Banking Rules & Regulations, Social Stigmas & Norms, Family's Economic Expectations, Educational Opportunities & Guidelines, Political System, etc. which spell the hardest hurdles in gaining prominent or prospective employment.

 

It is for those men and women hailing predominantly middle income group and lower income group this foundation is deemed to unshelve their dreams into realities through entrepreneurship. We have congregated this course of entrepreneurship education & training so as to become enterprising thereby to undertake an entrepreneurial activity and also to shoulder it as a responsibility for forthcoming generations. This will surely pave the way for upbringing of their fellow men and women.

 

WITH MY ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP RESEARCH AS A SCIENTIST OVER YEARS, I HAVE FOUND FIVE DETERRENT FACTORS THAT HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY PLAYING A PRE-DOMINANT ROLE (NEGATIVE ROLE) IN THE MINDS OF NASCENT ENTREPRENEURS. They are as follows:

 

• Lack of identification of Self

• Lack of awareness about opportunities & Entrepreneurship Opportunity Guidance (EOG)

• Lack of availability of collateral free seed capital for Start-up

• Lack of appropriate facilities to incubate and nourish the innovative & creative ideas into lucrative economic resources

• Lack of encouragement by family (parents, spouses, relatives, friends and supporters)

 

I trust with confidence that all young educated men and women of our nation have tremendous potential, thought provoking innovation, dynamic energy to excel but they possess lack of self-confidence, lack of knowledge to grab those opportunities, lack of innovation, lack of idea on fund raising and lack of training for entrepreneurship initiation, which are required. The opportunities are all around only thing is to one has to grab them and streamline according to his / her requirements.

• What is networked is not practiced?
